Early stage opportunities leading to product innovation with Samsung

Samsung were interested in understanding what business and product innovation opportunities exists for the TV category in the Russian market. We conducted an ethnographic approach to immerse into Russian cultural and consumer electronic trends and immerse into how consumer motivations link to specific category behaviours, needs and wants. Samsung obtained a set of clear innovation and product development ideas and outlines – all relevant to the Russian market. Specific directions for product portfolio planning and strategy.
