RS Components (Electrocomponents) supplies more than 1m customers in 80 countries, from a range of over 500,000 products. Digital is transforming the industry, and the business must adapt to ever-higher customer expectations of speed and choice.
Building on the segmentation we developed, in partnership with the client and brand agency, potential new routes were identified. We evaluated these with customers and employees, and provided optimised paths. These were expanded through workshops with the senior marketing team, and the new value proposition is scheduled for launch in early 2017. Watch this space!
