Creating a customer strategy to drive growth

Unite Students knew that to grow their business they needed to get closer to their customer. To help inform and drive this ambition, we set up a representative customer panel for a series of projects to deliver strategic and tactical insights. As a result we successfully identified and advised on existing gaps and opportunities to develop UNITE’s brand and offering around products, services, support and living standards.
