Microsoft wanted clarity for the B2B opportunities for Nokia Lumia. We helped them better understand the B2B landscape and impact of key mobile trends. including perceptions of Nokia in the B2B market. A unique B2B opportunity and compelling strategy was indentified. Our work informed Microsoft to the types of consumers, companies and industry sectors that would be most eager to use Lumia.

We also helped Microsoft understand which product developments would attract greatest interest from users. You’d be surprised how many high powered executives need ‘Angry Birds’ on their phone!

Market share rose by 7% to stand at 18% with a target of 25% for 2014.
